The Sunny Solar series of children's books was published in 1980.  The story line was a fun way of making children aware of taking care in the sun.  The (then ) Qld Cancer Fund endorsed the books that were distributed to pre schools and kindergartens.  The books have some aging discolour on the inside cover but are often sold as 'rare and collectible'.
